To book with one of our coaches:

Browse available dates and times that work for you.

We’ll confirm your spot as soon as payment is received.
Our coaches are dedicated to helping you achieve your goal. Booking a session is quick and easy through the calendar link, ensuring that you receive the personalized guidance you need to succeed.

At Play It Forward, payment is required during the booking process to confirm your session. Your appointment will only be officially reserved and added to our system once payment is successfully completed. We do not hold unpaid bookings.
Session costs may vary depending on factors like the number of kids, session length, location, and the number of coaches needed. The final amount will be clearly shown before checkout.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, as timely payment helps us coordinate staffing and ensure a smooth experience.

We understand that delays happen, but to ensure safety and fairness, a late fee will apply if a child is picked up more than 15 minutes after their scheduled session ends.
Late fees are charged in 20-minute increments based on your group’s hourly rate and staffing. This applies at all session locations — whether private homes, shared spaces, or elsewhere.
Coaches will log pickup times, and any fees will be invoiced promptly. We appreciate your help in staying on time and supporting a smooth experience for all families and staff.
Late fees are billed in 20-minute increments and begin only after the 15-minute grace period has passed.

We know that plans can change, which is why we offer a flexible 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, just let us know at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund or to rebook at no extra charge.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled start time are non-refundable, as our coaches are already committed to your session.
We appreciate your understanding and aim to make the process as smooth and convenient as possible for your family.

Looking to book a session on short notice? If you're hoping to schedule something within 3 hours of the desired start time, just email us directly with your request.
Include your location, number of kids, and preferred time, and we’ll do our best to accommodate. While we can’t guarantee availability, we’ll always try to make it happen if we have a coach nearby and ready.
