My name is Shaw McGrath. I’m a student-athlete from Manhattan and a returning coach for my second summer with Play It Forward. I play soccer and basketball at Avenues: The World School and have trained and competed for several years with DUSC and Asphalt Green’s basketball program. I also co-founded the Bridging Youth Initiative, an organization that connects students from diverse backgrounds through sports and community programming. I have experience coaching young athletes across multiple sports and age groups. I’m committed to creating a structured, encouraging, and skill-focused environment, and I look forward to another summer of helping athletes grow in confidence, ability, and teamwork.
